摘要

"先土后反"与"先反后土"结合施工,就是通过不同防渗体结构形式,采用不同填筑顺序,调整优化碾压工艺,减少土料与反滤料搭接部位形成"犬牙交错"现象,减少反滤料设计厚度被侵占的问题,提高不同填筑料分界位置压实度质量,减弱大坝填筑后自然沉降形成的"拱效应"对防渗体的破坏,同时也加快了施工进度,减少了施工材料投入,提高填筑质量,缩短工期,产生较大的经济效益.

Abstract

The combination of"soil first,then reverse"and"reverse first,then soil"construction refers to adjusting and optimizing the compaction process through different forms of anti-seepage structures and different filling sequences.It can reduce the phenomenon of"dog tooth interlocking"in the overlapping area between soil and filter material,and reduce the problem of the design thickness of filter material being encroached upon.At the same time,it can improve the compaction quality of different filling material boundary positions and reduce the damage to the anti-seepage body caused by the"arch effect"formed by natural settlement after dam filling.This method also accelerates the construction progress,reduces the input of construction materials,improves the quality of filling,shortens the construction period,and generates significant economic benefits.
