摘要
目前,随着社会生态保护意识的进步,治水理念有了新的发展,生态水利渐入人心,人水和谐的治水思路越来越受到重视,如何从为数众多的堰坝,找到一条破解工程建设与生态保护矛盾的道路,以实现工程水利向生态水利的转变,基于技术经济比选阐明了堰坝类型及适用性,以龙岗河干流碧道项目为依托,分析了珍珠滩堰坝的设计思路及主要施工要点,为河道施工提供了新型堰坝,其操作简便,观赏价值高.改善了人民群众的生活环境,促进了当地经济社会稳定和生产可持续发展.
Abstract
At present,with the advancement of social ecological protection awareness,there have been new developments in the concept of water management.Ecological water conservancy is gradually gaining popularity,and the concept of harmonious water management between humans and water is receiving increasing attention.How to find a way to solve the contradiction between engineering construction and ecological protection from numerous dams,in order to achieve the transformation from engineering water conservancy to ecological water conservancy.Based on technical and economic comparison,this article elaborates on the types and applicability of dams,and analyzes the design ideas and main construction points of the Pearl Beach Dam based on the Longgang River main stream Bidao project,providing a new type of dam for river construction.It is easy to operate,has high ornamental value,improves the living environment of the people,promotes local economic and social stability,and promotes sustainable production development.
