岩溶、裂隙发育区地表超前固结灌浆施工技术

在水利工程施工中,固结灌浆是一种较为常见的施工方法.固结灌浆可以有效改善岩层节理裂隙发育或岩体破碎的状况,提高岩石的物理力学性能及整体性、均质性,同时提高岩体的弹性模量与抗压强度,减少岩体的变形与不均匀沉陷,提高施工安全性.以深圳某水利工程岩溶区地表超前固结灌浆为研究对象,对固结灌浆在岩溶、裂隙发育区施工过程中遇到的问题及处理措施进行总结,研究岩溶发育区固结灌浆施工技术措施.
Construction Technology of Surface Advanced Consolidation Grouting in Karst and Fissure Development Area
Consolidation grouting is a common construction method in hydraulic engineering construction.Consolidation grouting can effectively improve the development of rock joints and fractures or rock fragmentation,enhance the physical and mechanical properties,as well as the overall integrity and homogeneity of rocks.At the same time,it increases the elastic modulus and compressive strength of the rock mass,reduces deformation and uneven settlement of the rock mass,and improves construction safety.Taking the surface advanced consolidation grouting of a karst area in a water conservancy project in Shenzhen as the research object,this paper summarizes the problems and treatment measures encountered in the construction process of consolidation grouting in karst and fissure development areas,and studies the construction technology and measures of consolidation grouting in karst development areas.
