摘要

泥水平衡盾构机由于具有仓面保压功能,且在开挖面能形成泥摸,较适合在穿越河道、湖泊的隧道施工.泥摸的形成主要靠泥水处理系统提供的泥浆来实现,因此泥水处理系统是泥水平衡盾构机最主要的系统,主要包含的子系统如下:泥水分离系统、压滤系统、调浆系统、制浆系统、集中控制系统.设计时通过结合厂家参数进行配套设施的设计,将不同厂家的各子系统结合成一个完整的大系统,并通过监控系统实现远程控制及时实监控.

Abstract

The slurry balance shield machine is more suitable for tunnel construction crossing rivers and lakes due to its ability to maintain pressure on the excavation surface and form a mud film.The formation of mud film is mainly achieved by the mud provided by the mud water treatment system.Therefore,the mud water treatment system is the most important system of the mud water balance shield machine.It mainly includes the following subsystems:mud water separation system,pressure filtration system,slurry mixing system,pulp preparation system,and centralized control system.By combining manufacturer parameters for the design of supporting facilities,various subsystems from different manufacturers are integrated into a complete large system,and remote control and real-time monitoring are achieved through a monitoring system.
