摘要

介绍在高地下水位情况下,夹杂破碎带的硬岩地质中超深入岩地下连续墙竖井成槽施工的关键技术.具体措施为在竖井外围设置高压旋喷桩加帷幕灌浆进行止水防渗,提高成槽期间槽壁稳定性;利用旋挖钻、成槽机、冲击锤及铣槽机互相配合在不同地层中"引、抓、锤、铣"组合工艺成槽,提高硬岩破碎带中超深地连墙成槽施工效率,保障施工进度.

Abstract

This paper introduces the key technology for the construction of deep underground continuous wall vertical shafts in hard rock geology with mixed fractured zones under high groundwater levels.The specific measures are to install high-pressure rotary jet grouting piles and curtain grouting around the vertical shaft to prevent water and seepage,and improve the stability of the trench wall during the trenching period.By utilizing a combination of rotary drilling,slotting machines,impact hammers,and milling machines to create slotting in different geological formations,the construction efficiency of ultra deep connected wall slotting in hard rock fracture zones can be improved,ensuring construction progress.
