在钢筋混凝土剪力墙施工中,蜂窝、麻面、爆模等质量缺陷常常无法避免,尤其是用电房等防水要求高的房间,混凝土缺陷对防水等相关性能影响更大,为了提升对拉螺杆的加固能力,改善墙体自防水性能,通过增加三段式对拉螺杆直段长度,增设止水铜片,阻断传播途径,从而达到改善防水性能的作用,同时,三段式的结构能有效提升对拉杆再循环的使用能力,达到资源节约的效果.
A Construction Method for Formwork Reinforcement in Shear Wall Construction
In the construction of reinforced concrete shear walls,quality defects such as honeycombing,pockmarks,and mold bursting are often unavoidable.Especially in rooms with high waterproofing requirements such as electrical rooms,concrete defects have a greater impact on waterproofing and other related performance.In order to enhance the reinforcement ability of the tension screw and improve the self waterproofing performance of the wall,the straight section length of the three-stage tension screw is increased,and a waterproof copper sheet is added to block the transmission path,thereby achieving the effect of improving the waterproof performance.At the same time,the three-stage structure can effectively enhance the ability to recycle the pull rod,achieving the effect of resource conservation.
