复杂地层下穿河道顶管施工安全风险分析及控制措施

以广州市白云区石井河、新市涌拦河枢纽工程过江管迁改工程为例,针对在感潮河段地下水及流沙丰富多变、地下暗含地基处理残留物、周边地上地下建筑物繁多等复杂地质环境下施工顶管时,采用切实有效的的施工方法,针对此类型复杂地质条件下,施工过程中存在的问题进行了分析,主要分析了在沉井及顶管施工时,顶管进出洞风险、穿河顶管段现有建(构)筑物风险、浅层覆土顶管风险等问题的分析及解决方法,对周边既有建筑的安全所带来的影响及预防措施.
Safety Risk Analysis and Control Measures for Pipe Jacking Construction in Complex Strata Undercrossing River
The relocation project of the cross river pipeline for the Shijing River and Xinshiyong River interception hub in Baiyun District,Guangzhou City,adopts practical and effective construction methods for pipe jacking in complex geological environments such as abundant and variable groundwater and quicksand in tidal river sections,hidden foundation treatment residues underground,and numerous surrounding above ground and underground buildings.In response to the complex geological conditions of this type,this paper analyzes the problems that exist during the construction process,mainly focusing on the analysis and solutions of the risks of pipe jacking in and out of the wellbore and pipe jacking construction,the risks of existing buildings(structures)crossing the river,and the risks of shallow soil cover pipe jacking.The impact on the safety of surrounding existing buildings and preventive measures are also discussed.
