在科技进步迅速的今天,我国城镇用地逐步进入到了地下空间,并由此引发了大量的深基坑开挖.但是,对于地质条件、周围环境和施工技术等因素的影响较大;由于气候等多种原因的作用,常规的 2D型设计方法和建设管理方法已不能适应日趋复杂的深基坑工程在质量、安全和技术方面的要求;建筑信息模型(BIM)为上述问题的解决提供了新的思路和方法.以此为基础,以BIM技术为基础,采用REVIT技术构建 BIM基坑围护结构,并与Navisworks进行数值仿真,实现对全过程的可视化,是一项实用性强、技术创新性高的新课题.
Application of BIM Technology in Foundation Pit Construction
In today's rapidly advancing technology,urban land in China has gradually entered underground spaces,leading to a large number of deep excavation pits.However,the excavation of deep foundation pits is greatly influenced by geological conditions,surrounding environment,and construction techniques.Due to various reasons such as climate,conventional 2D design methods and construction management methods are no longer suitable for the increasingly complex requirements of deep excavation engineering in terms of quality,safety,and technology.Building Information Modeling(BIM)provides new ideas and methods for solving the above-mentioned problems.Based on BIM technology,this study uses REVIT technology to construct a BIM foundation pit enclosure structure and conducts numerical simulation with Navisworks to achieve visualization of the entire process.It is a highly practical and innovative new topic.
