液氮冷冻技术在顶管排障工程中的应用

伴随着市政及水务建设项目在城市内不断的实施,加之已存在较多的原有地上地下建、构筑物,新建的市政、水务项目的实际实施会遇到较大的困难,在过程中对原有建、构筑物的保护显得及其重要,在广州白云国际机场场外排渠改道工程李溪干渠施工过程中遇到已精调完成的新白广城际铁路,两者高程存在冲突,遂将李溪干渠设计为顶管形式下穿新白广城际铁路,在顶管施工过程中遇到不明障碍物阻碍刀盘转动,刀盘正好位于新白广城际铁路正下方,经过多次方案比选采用液氮冷冻法对机头前方障碍物进行排障处理.
Application of Liquid Nitrogen Freezing Technology in Pipe Jacking and Obstacle Removal Engineering
With the continuous implementation of municipal and water construction projects in cities,coupled with the existence of many existing above ground and underground buildings/structures,the actual implementation of newly built municipal and water projects will encounter significant difficulties.The protection of existing buildings/structures during the process is extremely important.During the construction of the Lixi main canal of the off-site drainage diversion project at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport,there was a conflict in elevation between the newly adjusted Bai Guang intercity railway and the existing one.Therefore,the Lixi main canal was designed to pass under the Xinbaiguang intercity railway in the form of a top pipe.During the top-down construction process,an unknown obstacle was encountered that hindered the rotation of the cutterhead,which was located directly below Xinbai Guangzhou intercity railway.After multiple scheme comparisons,liquid nitrogen freezing method was adopted to remove obstacles in front of the machine head.
