摘要

盾构法施工得到广泛使用,因其具有明显的优越性,主要表现为:安全开挖和衬砌,在盾构的掩护下进行开挖和衬砌作业,有足够的施工安全性;地下施工不影响地面交通,在河底下施工不影响河道通航,适于大深度、大地下水压施工,相对而言施工成本低;施工操作不受气候条件的影响;产生的振动、噪声等环境危害较小;对地面建筑物及地下管线的影响较小;掘进速度快:盾构施工具有高度的机械化施工程度,进度快,能够显著缩短施工周期.

Abstract

The shield tunneling method has been widely used due to its obvious advantages,mainly manifested in safe excavation and lining.Excavation and lining operations are carried out under the cover of shield tunneling,ensuring sufficient construction safety.Underground construction does not affect surface transportation,and underwater construction does not affect river navigation.It is suitable for construction at large depths and with high groundwater pressure,and relatively low construction costs.Its construction operation is not affected by climatic conditions,and the environmental hazards such as vibration and noise generated are relatively small,with minimal impact on ground buildings and underground pipelines.Shield tunneling construction has a high degree of mechanization,fast progress,and can significantly shorten the construction period.
