Application and Analysis of Prefabricated Building Mechanical and Electrical Systems Based on BIM Technology
With the progress of construction industrialization, prefabricated buildings have once again become the focus of scholars'attention and have rapidly developed under the guidance of relevant policies.Compared to cast-in-place buildings, prefabricated buildings have the characteristics of less on-site wet work and faster construction progress. As one of the four major systems in prefabricated buildings, the construction status of the electromechanical system is an important acceptance indicator for prefabricated building projects. However, due to the large number and diverse categories of mechanical and electrical pipelines, problems such as insufficient net height, missing reserved openings, and pipeline collisions often occur during the construction process. As a new type of information technology,BIM can not only be used to establish 3D models for comprehensive pipeline design, but also to simulate construction using BIM software.
