摘要
为防治水土流失、保护土地资源,苏家屯区人民政府组织相关单位人员编制了《苏家屯区水土保持规划(2023-2030年)》,确定了苏家屯区水土保持规划近期目标、远期目标以及规划布局,在规划布局的基础上开展了东部低山丘陵区水土保持治理工程、小流域综合治理工程以及生态清洁小流域建设工程,工程的实施有利于提升苏家屯区生态效益、经济效益和社会效益,实现地区高质量发展.
Abstract
In order to prevent soil erosion and protect land resources,the People's Government of Sujiatun District has organized relevant personnel to formulate Sujiatun District Soil and Water Conservation Plan(2023-2030),which has determined the short-term and long-term goals as well as the planning layout of Sujiatun District Soil and Water Conservation Plan.The soil and water conservation management project,small watershed comprehensive management project,and ecological clean small watershed construction project in the eastern low mountain and hilly area have been carried out on the basis of planning and layout.The implementation of the project is conducive to improving the ecological,economic,and social benefits of Sujiatun District,and achieving high-quality regional development.
