摘要

以滇中引水工程石鼓水源工程为例,论述砂砾卵石覆盖层边坡隧洞进洞方法.针对砂砾卵石覆盖层边坡稳定性差,隧洞洞口开挖安全风险较高,提出砂砾卵石覆盖层边坡隧洞进洞开挖施工控制措施,通过在孔口两侧边坡打设钢管灌注桩以及自进式超前注浆大管棚,进洞采用预留核心土分台阶开挖法,有效降低隧洞开挖安全风险,提高隧洞进洞施工进度,且满足质量要求.

Abstract

TakingShigu Water Source Project of Dianzhong Water Diversion Project as an example,this paper discusses the tunnel entry method for slopes covered with sand and gravel.The stability of the slope covered by gravel and gravel is poor,and the safety risk of excavation at the tunnel entrance is relatively high.This article proposes construction control measures for the excavation of tunnels on slopes covered with gravel and gravel.Steel pipe grouting piles and self advancing advance grouting large pipe sheds are installed on both sides of the slope at the hole mouth.The excavation method of reserving core soil and dividing steps is adopted for the tunnel entry.It can effectively reduce the safety risks of tunnel excavation,improve the construction progress of tunnel entry,and meet quality requirements.
