摘要
云南大朝山电站 6 号发电机已投运接近 20 年,于 2023 年 2 月展开机组A级检修.在发电机预防性试验中采用紫外光设备发现较多电晕点.计划在检修期间对定子电晕修复处理,改善发电机定子绝缘水平,增加使用寿命.经处理后提高了发电机定子整体绝缘水平,有效遏制了电晕的蔓延,为机组安全稳定运行提供了保证.
Abstract
No.6 generator of Yunnan Dachaoshan Hydropower Station has been in operation for nearly 20 years and underwent A-level maintenance of the unit in February 2023.In the preventive test of the generator,a large number of corona points were found using ultraviolet equipment.The plan is to repair the stator corona during the maintenance period,improve the insulation level of the generator stator,and increase its service life.After treatment,the overall insulation level of the generator stator has been improved,effectively curbing the spread of corona and providing assurance for the safe and stable operation of the unit.
