大朝山水电站500 kV主变冷却器反冲洗管安装

2022 年以来,大朝山水电站在机组检修期间发现淡水壳菜随着冷却水流大量堆积在变压器的冷却器滤网上,直接导致冷却器堵塞,几乎丧失冷却能力,造成运行中的变压器温度持续升高从而发出报警信号.为解决该问题,通过将反冲洗排污管路进行设计并安装在500 kV主变冷却器上,使主变压器具备运行状态下对冷却器进行冲洗、排污的能力.
Installation of Backwash Pipe for 500 kV Main Transformer Cooling System at Dachaoshan Power Station
Since 2022,during unit maintenance at Dachaoshan Power Station,it has been discovered that a large amount of freshwater shell vegetables have accumulated on the cooler filter screen of the transformer with the cooling water flow.It directly leads to the blockage of the cooler,almost losing cooling capacity,causing the temperature of the operating transformer to continue to rise and emit an alarm signal.To solve this problem,this article designs and installs the backwash sewage pipeline on the 500 kV main transformer cooler,so that the main transformer has the ability to flush and discharge the cooler during operation.
