某水电站蜗壳座环局部变形的分析及处理

介绍越南南溪隆 4 级水电站项目在安装时出现的座环变形现象.通过现场数据测试比及文献分析,认为变形原因主要为对蜗壳分节处进行堆焊导致热变形以及座环取水口处的 2 块侧筋板的焊接顺序对座环变形的影响.针对变形处理方法是在蜗壳混凝土浇筑后重新复检水平,再对局部高点做适当的铲磨处理,达到正常运行效果.
Analysis and Treatment of Local Deformation of Volute Seat Ring in a Hydropower Station
This paper introduces the deformation phenomenon of the seat ring during the installation of Nam Hsi Long 4 hydropower station project in Vietnam.Through on-site data testing and literature analysis,it is believed that the main causes of deformation are thermal deformation caused by overlay welding at the segmented section of the volute,as well as the influence of the welding sequence of the two side rib plates at the water inlet of the seat ring on the deformation of the seat ring.The deformation treatment method is to recheck the level after pouring the snail shell concrete,and then perform appropriate scraping and grinding treatment on local high points to achieve normal operation effect.
