In the face of increasingly fierce modern competition,small and micro enterprises should further recognize their shortcomings and deficiencies in human resource management,and take effective measures to improve their performance.How to solve this problem has become the key to rescuing small and micro enterprises.Based on the current situation of small and micro enterprises in China,this article points out the problems in their human resource management and deeply analyzes the causes of the problems,striving to find solutions to the problems.By elaborating on the problems existing in human resource management in small and micro enterprises,several targeted countermeasures are proposed.
