Compensation Analysis for Delayed Supply of Aggregates by Highway Engineering Employer
It is common for employers in the highway engineering industry to delay the supply of materials,but there are few specific methods for cost compensation caused by delayed supply of materials.This paper analyzes the legal basis for compensation for delayed supply of materials by the employer from the perspective of laws and regulations,and analyzes the contract basis for compensation for delayed supply of materials by the employer from the perspective of bidding documents.Furthermore,it analyzes the principle of delayed supply of materials by the employer,which is the basis for the establishment of compensation.This paper analyzes several types of compensation processing principles,cost calculation methods,advantages and disadvantages,and puts forward suggestions.
