Analysis on the Influence of Three-way Form of Concrete Pump Pipes on the Flow Characteristics of Pipelines
Combined with the symmetrical pouring construction of the cast-in-place sections of the multi span continuous rigid frame bridge of Luoze River Extra Large Bridge on Yizhao Expressway.High strength concrete is first vertically pumped to the top of the pier through concrete pump pipes during cast-in-place section construction, and symmetrically distributed at the top of the pier through three-way pump pipes. However, due to factors such as reduced flow rate and asymmetry of concrete diversion,it is often easy to cause pipe blockage after concrete diversion, and the post-treatment difficulty of high pier concrete pumping pipe blockage is extremely high. Therefore, this paper studies different types of concrete three-way pump pipes through numerical simulation methods, and analyzes the risk of pipe blockage by combining the flow state, stress distribution, segregation state, and pumping pressure parameters of concrete in the three-way pipe.Suggestions are proposed for the practical use of three-way pump pipes in engineering.
