深圳某项目涉水库安全评估计算分析与研究

为研究项目对水库的影响,对项目进入水库管护范围内对排洪渠稳定性等方面进行复核计算、保护方案分析,并进行综合评估,提出防治与补救措施.结果表明:现状排洪渠满足位移、沉降要求.因此水工程结构稳定性良好,项目实施在施工期间、运行期内对排洪渠的稳定性基本无影响,不影响水库泄洪安全,不影响水工程相关水利规划,对其他第三人的合法水事权益无影响.
Calculation Analysis and Research on Safety Assessment of a Water Storage Facility in a Shenzhen Project
To study the impact of the project on the reservoir,this article conducts a review calculation,protection scheme analysis,and comprehensive evaluation of the stability of the flood discharge channel when the project enters the reservoir management and protection scope,and proposes prevention and remedial measures.The results show that the current flood discharge channel meets the requirements of displacement and settlement,and the engineering structure has good stability.The project implementation has little impact on the stability of the flood discharge channel during the construction and operation periods,does not affect the safety of reservoir flood discharge,does not affect the water conservancy planning related to water engineering,and does not affect the legitimate water rights and interests of other third parties.
