Mix Proportion Test of Sprayed Nano Concrete
The underground cavern of TB hydropower station is affected by water seepage and fault fracture zones,resulting in a moist rock surface.Therefore,the spraying effect of ordinary C25 concrete is not good.To ensure the safety and stability of the cavern,C25 nano sprayed concrete is used for mix ratio testing.This plan draws on the successful experience of similar projects and aims to solve the problem of concrete spraying caused by water seepage on the bedrock surface.Nanojet concrete,as an important support method,plays a crucial role in improving the safety of tunnel construction.By optimizing the mix proportion through experiments,the spraying effect of concrete will be effectively improved,ensuring the stability and safety of the tunnel.
