摘要
深井开挖支护施工阶段及后续混凝土衬砌施工阶段均需要载人升降装置运输人员上下井,尤其在开挖爆破阶段,载人装置必须频繁进行人员输送及爆破避让."双保险"载人提升系统技术采用 2 台同步卷扬机做牵引提升设备,具备自主防坠落装置的立井单绳罐笼做载人媒介,通过布置在深井井口的悬挑门架、钢丝绳实现人员垂直升降输送,以"双绳"系统互为备用的设计理念,为提升系统安全提供"双保险".
Abstract
During the deep well excavation and support construction phase,as well as the subsequent concrete lining construction phase,a manned lifting device is required to transport personnel up and down the well.Especially during the excavation and blasting phase,the manned device must frequently transport personnel and avoid blasting.The"dual insurance"manned lifting system technology uses two synchronous winches as traction lifting equipment,and a single rope cage with an independent anti fall device as the manned medium.The vertical lifting and transportation of personnel is achieved through the cantilever gantry and steel wire rope arranged at the wellhead of the deep well,with the design concept of"dual rope"system as backup for each other,providing"dual insurance"for improving system safety.
