摘要

在水利施工项目中,斜井施工比较常见,斜井的布置均为斜井上弯段、斜井段及斜井下弯段;斜井施工也是整个电站施工难度较大,不安全因素较多的施工环节.斜井灌浆施工是斜井施工的最后一道工序,也是保障施工质量的关键环节,斜井段灌浆施工安全风险大,如何提高斜井段灌浆施工安全性能及最大限度的方便施工,提高施工质量、加快施工速度与斜井段灌浆施工设备的选择与布置密切相关.

Abstract

In water conservancy construction projects,inclined shaft construction is quite common,and the layout of inclined shafts includes the inclined shaft upper bend section,inclined shaft section,and inclined shaft lower bend section.Inclined shaft construction is also a difficult and unsafe construction process for the entire power station.The grouting construction of inclined shafts is the last process of inclined shaft construction and a key link to ensure construction quality.The safety risk of grouting construction in inclined shaft sections is high.How to improve the safety performance of grouting construction in inclined shaft sections and maximize the convenience of construction,improve construction quality,and accelerate construction speed is closely related to the selection and layout of grouting construction equipment in inclined shaft sections.
