Construction Technology of Upward Non-bonded Prestressed Anchor Cables for the Arch of Underground Cavern of TB Hydropower Station
The excavation size of underground powerhouses and main transformer tunnels in hydropower projects is large, and the stability requirements of surrounding rock are high.Through the exploration and summary of the construction of non-bonded prestressed anchor cables on the top arch of the underground powerhouse and main transformer tunnel of TB hydropower station, this paper has developed a set of construction methods for non-bonded prestressed anchor cables on the top arch of large section underground caverns. It solves the problem of strengthening the support for the safety and stability of the surrounding rock in the unfavorable geological section of the large section underground cavern roof arch, and suppresses the deformation of the roof arch surrounding rock. The maximum deformation of the factory building is only 5.2mm,which meets the design requirements and achieves good results.
