摘要

水电站主变洞开挖、支护质量对其结构安全起到决定性作用,主变洞高边墙开挖受常规施工设备、施工工艺等限制,质量控制难度大.TB水电站主变洞高边墙开挖施工,通过对常规施工设备及施工艺进行优化改进,采用深孔预裂施工技术,达到开挖轮廓线大面平整、无错台接茬、整体成型质量优良、减少技术性超挖等的效果,同时洞周围岩整体稳定.

Abstract

The excavation and support quality of the main transformer tunnel in hydropower stations play a decisive role in its structural safety.The excavation of the high side wall of the main transformer tunnel is limited by conventional construction equipment and techniques,making quality control difficult.By optimizing and improving conventional construction equipment and techniques,deep hole presplitting construction technology is adopted for the excavation of high side walls in the main transformer tunnel of TB hydropower station.It can achieve the effects of smooth excavation contour lines,no staggered joints,excellent overall forming quality,reduced technical overexcavation,and overall stability of the surrounding rock of the tunnel.
