摘要

进厂交通洞为水电站厂房系统的重要组成部分之一,是厂房系统建筑施工安装阶段的主要交通运输通道及运行阶段的永久通道,洞室稳定性要求较高,需确保其开挖支护及混凝土施工质量.进厂交通洞开挖支护施工采用"全断面开挖"或"中导超前,两侧修边扩挖跟进"、支护及时跟进的方法,可加快施工进度、确保施工期安全.衬砌混凝土施工采用简易钢模台车进行浇筑,在保障施工质量的同时,可降低施工成本.

Abstract

The access tunnel to the factory is one of the important components of the hydropower plant building system.It is the main transportation channel during the construction and installation phase of the building system,as well as the permanent channel during the operation phase.The stability requirements of the tunnel are high,and it is necessary to ensure the quality of excavation support and concrete construction.The excavation and support construction of the access tunnel to the factory adopts the methods of"full section excavation"or"middle guide leading,followed by trimming and expanding excavation on both sides",and timely support follow-up,which can accelerate the construction progress and ensure safety during the construction period.The construction of lining concrete adopts a simple steel formwork trolley for pouring,which can reduce construction costs while ensuring construction quality.
