摘要

通过对TB水电站地下厂房顶拱开挖施工的分析及总结,形成了地下厂房顶拱"一孔到底"精细化爆破技术,采用炸药固定竹片全孔紧贴开挖轮廓、孔底预留 50 mm无药竹片、错开布置装药结构、优化线装药密度等整套措施,摸索出了一套大断面三心圆弧拱洞室一孔到底开挖施工方法,解决了爆破排炮之间炮孔接续问题,整体平整度及外观质量较好.

Abstract

Through the analysis and summary of the excavation construction of the top arch of the underground powerhouse of TB hydropower station,a refined blasting technology of"one hole to the bottom"has been developed for the top arch of the underground powerhouse.By using explosives to fix bamboo strips tightly against the excavation contour,reserving 50mm of pesticide free bamboo strips at the bottom of the hole,staggered arrangement of charge structures,optimizing the density of line charges,and other measures,this article explores a set of construction methods for excavating large cross-section three center arc arch chambers from one hole to the bottom.It solves the problem of connecting blast holes between blasting rows,with good overall flatness and appearance quality.
