摘要

在TB水电站工程洞室开挖过程中轮廓的控制爆破施工技术应用可以提升开挖施工质量.但是在原有的钻爆施工中,爆破效果无法达到预期,半孔率比较低.因此,需要对工程开挖方案进行分析.通过研究全断面洞室爆破开挖方案,了解爆破施工中存在的不足,并从爆破理论研究出发分析半孔率大小对爆破效果的产生的影响,明确影响半孔率的因素.对起爆方式进行合理选择,调整爆破参数,提升半孔率,保证爆破效果.

Abstract

The application of controlled blasting construction technology in the excavation process of the TB hydropower station tunnel can improve the quality of excavation construction.However,in the original drilling and blasting construction,the blasting effect could not meet expectations,and the half hole ratio was relatively low.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the excavation plan of the project.By studying the excavation plan of full section tunnel blasting,this article analyzes the shortcomings in blasting construction,and from the perspective of blasting theory research,analyzes the influence of the size of the half hole ratio on the blasting effect,clarifying the factors that affect the half hole ratio.By reasonably selecting the detonation method and adjusting the blasting parameters,the half hole ratio can be improved to ensure the blasting effect.
