摘要
为了更好地进行高速公路运营管理的危险源辨识和评价,提高管理者的安全水平以及保证司乘人员的通行安全,文章简单介绍了LEC/LC两种风险评估方法,分析对比"发生事故的可能性大小、人体暴露于危险的频繁程度、发生事故可能造成的后果、风险等级"4个指标,从取值范围到高速公路运营行业存在的风险分析,确定最佳的危险源辨识和评价方法.
Abstract
In order to better identify and evaluate hazards in highway operation management,improve the safety level of managers,and ensure the safety of drivers and passengers,this article briefly introduces two risk assessment methods,LEC/LC.It analyzes and compares four indicators:the likelihood of accidents,the frequency of human exposure to danger,the possible consequences of accidents,and the risk level.From the range of values to the risk analysis of the highway operation industry,it determines the best method for identifying and evaluating hazards.
