Application of Intelligent Ventilation Technology in Underground Cave Construction
During the construction of underground caverns, workers may develop occupational diseases due to exposure to dust, radioactive substances, and other toxic and harmful substances.Preventing and treating occupational diseases and protecting the health of workers are corporate responsibilities and the foundation of sustainable development for enterprises. In today's era of vigorously promoting the guiding ideology of"people-oriented",how to provide a good working environment for workers has always been a difficult problem in underground tunnel construction. In response to this long-standing problem that has plagued construction,an intelligent ventilation and online monitoring system for human health has been developed for the first time during the construction of the water transmission and power generation system of the Lancang River upstream hydropower station.By installing pollutant concentration monitoring sensors on the working face,real-time online collection of underground cavern pollutant concentration and monitoring of airflow status can be achieved.Through the calculation of the intelligent ventilation system, the supply air volume is automatically adjusted to ensure the ventilation quality of the underground cavern, improve the construction environment, and safeguard the health of on-site personnel.Management personnel observe the real-time pollutant content inside the tunnel through the construction site monitoring center and WeChat mini program, achieving"underground engineering construction on the ground".
