摘要
政治认同是政治社会得以维系、执政党获得政治合法性的重要政治文化基础.政治认同可以是较为宏观的国家认同、政党认同,也可以是较大范围的公民对政治体系的认同.本文则从一个较小的视角,探索边疆民族地区村干部这个特殊群体的政治认同.村干部的政治认同基础源于乡村社会的交往和权威形成.在乡政村治的治理模式,村干部的政治角色具有二重性,其特定的政治生态决定着他们政治认同的内容.在民族性、边疆性及跨境文化交流的影响下,边疆民族地区村干部的政治认同又呈现出一系列的特点.民族村干部的政治认同影响着其作用的发挥,对乡村社会的发展和治理会产生多种影响.
Abstract
Political identity is the important political culture foundation for political society to maintain with CCP political legitimacy. Political identity can be a more macroscopic national identity, a political party identity,or a wide range of citizens' recognition of the political system. This paper explores the political identity of the village cadres in frontier ethnic areas from a smaller perspective. The basis of the political identity of village cadres originates from the communication and authority generation of rural society.The political role of village cadres has a duality in the current governance mode of township and rural village, and the specific political ecology determines the content of their political identity. In the influence of nationality, frontier and cross-border cultural exchange,the political identity of the village cadres in frontier ethnic areas presents a series of characteristics.The political identity of the ethnic village cadres influences the play of its role and has many influences on the development and governance of rural society.
