"三个务必"作为彰显党的二十大精神的论断之一，既是对中国共产党执政经验的深度凝练，也是对中国共产党在新征程上何以接续推进党的建设的深切回应，对于中国共产党长期执政具有重要价值。从历史与现实的双重向度进行考察，这种价值体现在凝聚了"为谁而长期执政、何以能长期执政、如何实现长期执政"之政党意识，丰富了"建设话语、宣传话语、叙事话语"之政党话语，塑造了"为民造福、务实清廉、担当有为"之政党形象，深化了对共产党执政规律的认识。系统分析"三个务必"对中国共产党长期执政的价值，有利于更好理解"三个务必"提出的时代意蕴。
The Doctrine of"Three Imperatives":Its Role in Perpetuating CPC's Rule
As one of the assertions that characterize the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress,the"Three Imperatives"is not only a terse summary of the CPC's ruling experience,but also an emphatic answer to whether the CPC can continue its party building on the new journey,which is crucial to CPC's long-term rule.Examined from the dual dimensions of history and reality,this doctrine is reflected in the cohesion of the political party's consciousness of"for whom to govern long,how to govern long,and how to ensure good governance".It tightens the political party's grip on the discourses of"construction,publicity and narrative",shapes its image of"being at the service of the people,being pragmatic,honest,and responsible",and deepens the understanding of the ruling laws of the Communist Party.A systematic analysis of the value of the"Three Imperatives"for the long-term rule by the CPC is conducive to a better understanding of the their implications in the new era.
