China's Modernized Eco Governance in the New Era:Requirements and Approaches
With China's rapid economic and social development in the new era,the modernization of ecological governance is getting increasingly imperative,which consists of two aspects:the modernization of the governance system and governance capacity building.This paper holds that the connotation of modernization of ecological governance in the new era includes the perfection of policies and regulations,the application of intelligent technical means and the formation of efficient participation mechanism,as well as the promotion of ecological civilization revolution and the sustainable development of the country.The basic requirements of the modernization of ecological governance in the new era include strengthening the construction of ecological civilization,improving the ecological supervision system,carrying out ecological science and technology innovation,promoting public participation and strengthening international cooperation.In the new era,ecological management still faces problems such as forest vegetation destruction,soil erosion and air pollution,which is far from the people's pursuit of a beautiful environment and the requirements of ecological management modernization.In the new stage of ecological governance modernization,we need to strengthen the legal system construction of ecological governance,implement the ecological responsibility system,strengthen the technological innovation of ecological governance,promote public participation in ecological governance,and promote international cooperation in ecological governance,so as to promote high-quality economic development and achieve harmonious coexistence between man and nature,and make greater contributions to the construction of beautiful China.
