冶炼厂重金属废水深度处理工程效益分析

以某铅锌冶炼厂重金属废水处理工程为例,对工艺流程、进出水水量水质、工程投资、运行成本和效益进行分析研究.工程建成后,经济效益328.98万元/a,静态投资回收期11.19 a,小于设计使用期20 a,效益-费用比1.43,大于1;废水全部回用于生产,重金属减排总量49.825 t/a,能彻底解决环境污染引起的社会问题.此类工程具有一定经济效益,但环境和社会效益更重要、更显著.
The Project Benefits Analysis on the Advanced Treatment of Heavy Metal Waste Water from Smelting Plant
The treatment engineering of heavey metal waste water from one lead-zinc smelting plant, we take it as an example, the process flow, the water quality and volume of inlet and outlet water, project investment, operation cost and benefit is analyzed and researched in this paper.When the project is completed, the economic benefit is three million two hundred eighty-nine thousand and eight hundred Yuan/a, the static payback time is 11.19 a, which is less than the 20a lifetime, the benefit-cost ratio is 1.43, which is larger than one;the waste water is reused in the production, the total emission reduction is 49.825 t/a, which can solve the social issue caused by environmental pollution completely.This type of project has a certain economic benefit, and more important, remarkable environmental and social benefit.
