摘要

云南某铅锌矿区地质条件复杂,岩石松散破碎,泥岩、页岩及煤系层发育,钻探施工中存在孔壁垮塌、缩径、卡钻、埋钻和成孔难度大、岩心采取率低等难题,施工进度慢,效率低.结合矿区复杂地层特点,通过采用金刚石底喷钻头、跟管钻进技术、高密度低失水泥浆等一系列钻探技术措施,应用绳索取心液动锤钻进技术,有效减少了孔内事故的发生,平均四次进尺提高22.97%,为项目的安全、高效和优质完提供了坚实的技术保障,为类似复杂地层的施工积累了经验.

Abstract

One Yunnan lead-zinc mining area has complex geological conditions,rocks are loose and broken,it has mudstone,shale and coal stratum development,it has the following problems in the exploration drilling construction that hole wall collapse,hole shrinkage,sticking,drill-burying and it is difficult to make pore-forming,low rock core taking rate,and so on,the construction progress is slow,the efficiency is low.Combining with the complex stratum features of the mining area,a series of exploration drilling technical measures were taken,such as the adoption of diamond bottom spray drill,drilling with simultaneous casing technology,high-density low-loss cement slurry,and so on,the wire-line coring hydraulic hammer drilling technology is applied,it can effectively reduce hole accidents,the average round trip meterage increased by 22.97%,it provides solid technical support to project completion with safe,efficient and high quality,and it accumulates construction experience to the similar complex stratum.
