摘要

为解决某矿围岩破碎、巷道锚网支护设施损坏严重、返修频率高等问题,应用爆破振动和围岩与支护相互作用机理分析了支护失效的原因,提出了"掘到哪儿,支到哪儿,喷到哪儿"的喷锚网优化支护工序.即新掘进的巷道及时清理浮石以后,首先采用素喷一层厚度50~100 mm的混凝土,然后进行钢网和锚杆支护,最后再喷一层厚度50~100 mm的混凝土.经过可行性分析和现场工业试验,证明可在不改变原支护工艺和支护材料的基础上,通过调整和优化施工顺序,可以提高支护效果,维护巷道围岩稳定,比现行支护工序节约86142.71元,研究成果可供同类矿山参考借鉴.

Abstract

One mine has the following problems that broken surrounding rock,badly damaged roadway bolting and metal mesh,high rework frequency,and so on,to solve all the above-mentioned problems,the blasting vibration and mechanism analysis for the interaction of surrounding rock and foundation supporting was applied to analyze the reasons of support failure,and it is proposed an optimized support working procedure of spraying bolting and metal mesh"mining must be accompanied by supporting and spraying process".When pumice stones of the newly excavated roadway were cleaned,first,spraying a layer of concrete with a thickness of 50~100 mm,then installing a steel mesh and anchor bolt support,and finally spraying a layer of concrete with a thickness of 50~100 mm.It proved the supporting effect can be increased,the roadway surrounding rock stability can be maintained by adjustment and optimization of the construction sequence,when the feasibility analysis and on-site industrial test were finished,on the basis of the original supporting process and supporting materials,It saves about ¥86 142.71 yuan compared with the current supporting procedure,the study results can be provided to similar mines as the reference.
