摘要

针对高电流密度银电解精炼工艺中容易出现的酸度高、电解液寿命短、银粉晶型不合理(海绵体)、附属设备氧化腐蚀快、高温烧槽等问题,开发出了一种新型银电解药剂A与硝酸混合使用.通过生产实践,结果表明:在新型电解药剂A添加量在100g/批时,银锭主品位达到99.997%.

Abstract

In the high current density silver electrolysis refining process,it is prone to appearing high acidity,short lifetime of electrolyte,unqualified silver powder crystalline(sponges),rapid oxidative corrosion,high temperature burner,and so on,therefore a new kind of silver electrolysis reagent A was developed,which is utilized with nitric acid.The production practice results show:when the additive amount of new type electrolysis reagent is 100 g/batch,the main grade of silver ingot can reach to 99.997%.
