It studied the leaching behavior of silicon in the weak acid leaching stage of zinc calcine.The leaching behavior and the total amount of silicon are controlled by controlling of reaction temperature,acidity,and leaching time.The results show:when the temperature range is 65~93 ℃,the supernatant rate goes up first and then goes down along with the increase in temperature;the leaching pH value of weak acid is increased,it can decrease the silicon content in weak acid leaching solution,it does not influence to clarification effect;the balance of SiO2 content in the solution can be reached after three times circulation;the enrichment of silicon can be strengthened in the solution when the reaction time is more than 60 min.
