摘要
概述了医用钛合金微弧氧化膜层研究的发展历程,探讨了微弧氧化陶瓷膜形成的机理,分析了不同种类医用钛合金微弧氧化膜的特点、应用以及微弧氧化膜成形质量及性能的影响因素,总结了不同占空比、脉冲频率和氧化时间等影响因素对微弧氧化膜层性能的影响规律,给出了研究发展以电解液成分多样化、微弧氧化膜成分复合化及微弧氧化膜功能化的的展望,提出了微弧氧化陶瓷膜在医用领域的发展趋势及研究建议.
Abstract
The development history of the micro-arc oxide membrane of biomedical titanium alloy is summarized,the paper discussed the formation mechanism of micro-are oxide ceramic membrane.It analyzed the features and application of the biomedical titanium alloy micro-arc oxide membrane,and the influence factors of membrane formation quality and performance,and it summarized the influence rule of micro-arc oxide membrane by different proportions,impulse frequency,oxidization time,and so on.It discussed the formation mechanism of micro-arc oxide ceramic membrane,prospected the research and development of various compositions of electrolyte,the compound composition of micro-arc oxide membrane,and functionalization of micro-are oxide membrane,and it proposed the development trend of micro-arc oxide ceramic membrane in the medical field.
