摘要

十八辊单机架轧机投产后出现振动纹缺陷,检查轧机液压缸、传动轴联轴器、电控系统、轧辊磨削工艺等方面,发现液压缸振动,存在压下控制速度过快、磁尺底座开焊、轧辊磨削工艺不合理等问题,通过更换压下液压缸、规范传动装置检查制度、调整轧机压下速度控制增益、增加自动震荡检测功能、优化轧辊磨削工艺等措施,该机轧后带钢的振动纹缺陷减少了 91%,缺陷降级品≤0.01%.

Abstract

The chatter marks defect occurred after the eighteen-roller single-frame rolling mill was put into production,so we checked hydraulic cylinders for rolling mills,drive shaft coupling,electric control system,roll dressing process and the other aspects,then we found cylinder vibration,the following problems existed that screw down control too fast,magnetic tape welded seat cracking,unreasonable roll dressing process,and so on,so we replaced the screw down hydraulic cylinder,regulated the checks system of the transmission device,adjusted the control gain of screw down the speed of the rolling machine,increased the automatic vibration detecting function,optimized the roll dressing process,and the other technological measures,then,the chatter marks defects of rolled strip decreased by 91%,the defect degradation product ≥0.01%.
