摘要

从硫酸铵结晶原理和结晶生长环境等方面分析了结晶粒度的影响因素,结合蒸发结晶系统装置现状,根据硫酸铵的溶解特性,优化增加辅助加水系统,采取了按照1∶1比例加水置换硫铵液、溶解消除细晶4 h的方法,消除粒度<0.5 mm的粉状结晶体55%~60%,粒度≥1mm的结晶产品由20%提高至50%以上,同时解决了加热器管程在运行过程中堵塞的问题.

Abstract

The influencing factors of crystal size are analyzed according to the ammonium sulfate crystallization principle and crystallization growth environment,combined with the current situation of the evaporating crystallization system,the auxiliary water charging system is optimized and increased according to the dissolution characteristics of ammonium sulfate,the following methods are adopted,addition of water to displace ammonium sulfate solution as per 1∶1 proportion,to dissolve and remove fine particles for 4 h,55%~60%powder crystals that the particle size under 0.5 mm can be removed effectively,the crystal products that the particle size over 1 mm was increased from 20%to 50%,at the same time,the plugging problem occurred in operation of heating tubes are solved.
