摘要

针对常规鼓风充压工艺需要分流高炉鼓风流量,容易造成鼓风波动、炉况顺行不稳定等问题,在两座1 800 m3高炉热风炉上应用了独立外均压自动充压换炉工艺,该工艺以"小压差、大流量"和"分段式、恒压差"方式对热风炉进行快速自动充压.投运以来,每座高炉热风炉日累计增加烧炉时间约5.6 h;在满足1 200~1210 ℃送风温度要求下,日煤气消耗总量没有明显改变;两座高炉日均出铁量平均增加了 119 t,综合焦比平均降低了 3.95 kg/t·Fe,煤气消耗平均降低了 10m3/t·Fe.

Abstract

The conventional blast compaction process needs to separate the blower flow of the blast furnace,it is prone to cause blast fluctuations,unstable furnace conditions,and so on,the independent average external pressure automatic stove process is applied to two sets of 1800 m3 hot blast stoves of blast furnace,and the process can perform quick automatic compaction in ways of"small differential pressure,big flow"and"subsection,constant differential pressure".Since it was put into operation,the daily accumulated firing time increase about 5.6 h;when the blowing temperature is 1 200~1 210 ℃,the daily coal total consumption not changed significantly;the daily average tapping amount of two sets of blast furnace increased by 119 t,the average comprehensive coke ratio decreased by 3.95 kg/t·Fe,the average gas consumption decreased by 10 m3/t·Fe.
