Aluminum smelting furnace lining has small area of damage,if the damage will be further expanded,it will cause high risk and shutdown for overhaul,in order to solve the problem,we adopt local remediation process for the damaged furnace lining,it can prolong the lifetime of whole furnace lining,and the project time limit can be shorten more than 33％,the maintanence projects of lining was decreased year-on-year by 30.1％.
