One synchronized tailings in Yunnan contains fluorite 7.92%,silicon dioxide 32.16%,and calcium carbonate 12.35%,it belongs to quartz-type high-silica fluorite ore.The detailed mineral processing experimental study was developed based on process mineralogy analysis,and according to synchronized tailings fluorite features.Adoption of YSB-1 as the collecting agent,water glass and YSY-1 as the mixed inhibitor depressor,using of mine concentration returns flow of fluorite cleaning concentration operation,it obtained the fluorite concentration that the grade is 90.05%,the recovery rate is 62.05%,it realized the recycling utilization of synchronize tailings low grade fluorite.
