摘要

大红山铜矿铁精矿品位低,杂质SiO2含量超标.通过开展工艺矿物学研究,查明了矿石的物质组成、元素赋存状态、粒级组成、嵌布特征和单体解离特征.结果表明:影响铁精矿品位的主要因素是+0.037 mm粒级的铁品位仅为52.16%,磁铁矿与石英等脉石矿物相互连生和包裹,单体解离不充分,且磁铁矿有明显的磁团聚现象,为后续的提高铁精矿品位,降低精矿中SiO2含量选矿试验研究提供了技术依据.

Abstract

The grade of iron concentrate from the Dahongshan copper mine is low,and the impurity SiO2 content is exceeded.The mineral composition,element occurrence state,size fraction composition,dissemination characteristics,and monomer dissociation characteristics of ore are found out through the development of process mineralogy study.Results show:the main influence factors for iron concentrate's grade are shown below:the iron grade with+0.037 mm size fraction is only 52.16%,magnetite intergrowthed and coated with quartz and other gangue minerals,the single separation is insufficiency,magnetite has obvious magnetic agglomeration,which provide technical basis for follow-up mineral processing experimental study that increasing iron concentration grade,decreasing SiO2 content in concentrate.
