摘要

针对SCR催化剂废弃物中TiO2的高效回收利用问题,以经钠化焙烧后的SCR催化剂浸出钛渣为原料,采用浓硫酸酸浸进行水解反应.通过系统试验调查硫酸浓度、液固比、钛渣粒度、反应温度和反应时间对钛渣酸解率的影响.在最佳试验参数条件下,成功实现了钛渣的高效酸解,酸解率最高可达93.7%.

Abstract

The study is for highly efficient recovery and utilization of TiO2 in SCR catalyst wastes,it takes SCR catalyst leaching titanium slag after sodium salt roasting as raw material and takes concentrated sulfuric acid leaching for a hydrolysis reaction.The study was carried out by using system experiments to investigate the effect of sulfuric acid concentration,liquid-solid ratio,titanium slag particle size,reaction temperature and reaction time on acid dissolution rate of titanium slag.It successfully realized the highly efficient acid dissolution of titanium slag under the best experiment parameters that the maximum acid dissolution rate can reach 93.7%.
