摘要
针对侧吹还原熔炼炉产出的As含量高达17%且富含Pb、Zn等有价金属的烟尘,采用碱性浸出+苛化沉砷的方法选择性脱除烟尘中的As.结果表明:在NaOH浓度100 g/L、H2O2加入量60 mL、浸出温度60 ℃、浸出时间3 h的条件下浸出后,对浸出后液以Ca/As摩尔比3:1进行苛化沉砷,As的脱除率为75%,Pb、Zn回收率为85%.
Abstract
The content of As in the production generated from side blown reduction smelting furnace reaches up to 17%,and it is rich in Pb,Zn,and other valuable metals,so alkaline leaching+Causticizing arsenic deposition method is adopted for the selective removal of As in the fume.Results show:that under the leaching conditions,the NaOH concentration is 100 g/L.The additional amount of H2O2 was 60 mL,the leaching temperature was 60 ℃,the leaching time was 3 h,the causticizing arsenic deposition with Ca/As mole ratio was 3:1 for the after-leaching solution was carried out,then the removal rate of As is 75%,the recovery rate of Pb,Zn is 85%.
