摘要

针对终端市场反馈的带钢板形缺陷问题,从残余应力的形成机制入手,结合热轧生产实践研究,提出了解决多重耦合场下残余应力的质量控制措施.通过排查和治理轧线工序中的漏水和堵塞,提高设备功能控制精度管控,优化支撑辊的倒角设计与轧线的匹配性控制好板形精度,优化层冷模式和冷却水比减少冷却过程中边部和中部的温差,并且针对入库钢卷缓冷进行自回火工艺等措施,过程板形和成品板形明显改善,攻关前后板形缺陷质量异议重量同比减少48.5%、缺陷对质量异议总量占比下降25.7%.

Abstract

In response to the issue of flatness defects of the steel strip as reflected by the terminal market,this paper commences from the formation mechanism of residual stress and,in combination with the research on hot-rolling production practices,proposes quality control measures for residual stress under multiple coupled fields.Through investigating and addressing water leakage and blockage in the rolling line processes,enhancing the control precision of equipment functions,optimizing the chamfer design of the support rolls and the matching with the rolling line to control the flatness accuracy,optimizing the layer cooling mode and the cooling water ratio to reduce the temperature difference between the edge and the center during the cooling process,and implementing the self-tempering process for the stored steel coils,the flatness during the process and the flatness of the finished products have been significantly improved.The weight of quality disputes regarding flatness defects before and after the research has decreased by 48.5%year-on-year,and the proportion of defect-related quality disputes in the total has dropped by 25.7%.
