摘要
针对低电压下电解槽运行稳定性差的难题,采取石墨化阴极电解槽技术、新材料应用、筑炉技术改进及启动方法优化等措施,实施低电压工艺精准控制、精细化管理及标准化操作,显著提升了电解槽运行稳定性,使交流电耗≤12 780kW·h/t·Al,直流电耗≤12 700 kW·h/t·Al.
Abstract
The operation stability of electrolytic cell under low voltage is bad,so the following measures were taken:adoption of graphite cathode electrolytic cell technology,application of new materials,improvement of furnace construction technology and startup method,and so on,the low voltage process was adopted for precise control,refined management and standardize operation,the operation stability of electrolytic cell increased obviously,the AC power consumption≤12 780 kW·h/t·Al,the DC power consumption ≤12 700 kW·h/t·Al.
