摘要

针对铝电解时黑残极进入自磨系统、电解槽内,会导致残极回收减少,电解质含碳量、捞炭渣强度、炭渣量处理均增加的问题,设计了自动识别块状残极多级分拣系统,对自动传输中的块状残极进行多面、大小、形状视觉检测并分拣,取代了传统人工操作,采用新技术全年可挑拣出残极约5 760 t,创效超1 095万元/a.

Abstract

Black residual anode from aluminum electrolysis can enter into a self-grinding system,electrolytic cell,which can cause decreasing of anode scrap recovery,increasing of carbon content in the electrolyte,increasing of refloating carbon residues strength,increasing of carbon residues handling capacity,an automatic identification multi-stage sorting system for block anode residues was designed,it can conduct sorting of block anode residues in automatic conveying by using of multi-faceted,size,shape vision detection,it can replace manual operation,about 5 760 t anode residues can be picked and chose,the creating benefits exceed 10.95 million yuan per year.
